Lightning Strike Range Alerting

iMapPro Lightning utilizes a proprietary lightning monitoring and alerting interface. This technology allows you to select a radius (example: 30 miles) around your location. If lightning hits within this radius, iMapPro Lightning will let you know through audible alarms, strike count windows, and custom map displays.

If your existing operations have strike proximity and all clear standards, this feature allows you to customize iMapPro Lightning to fit your existing needs.

Asset Monitoring

• Receive weather alerts for site specific locations across your area. iMapPro Lightning automatically monitors all types of weather for these locations and send valuable arrival and departure time information. This allows you to see when adverse weather will effect and clear a site specific location down to the minute.
• Alerts include WDT's proprietary lightning alerts and NWS (National Weather Service) weather warnings.
• Lightning alerts include strike range alerts, letting you know when a strike has been detected and when lightning has cleared a defined radius around your location. Lightning alerts also include 30 minute lightning prediction alerts.
• Alerts can be delivered to you via the internet, cell phone, pager, or email. This allows you to receive alerts for your specific assets while you are in the office, in the field, on the road, or in the comfort of your own home.
