Te Woei Poon is responsible for the design and development of the many complex software systems at WDT such as the USPLN technology, LightningTrax, iWatch, LDSS, Hazardous Weather Nowcast Alert System, etc. His interests also include database, data-mining, control system, distributed computing architecture, automation solutions, server-side and client-side web application, etc. He received his degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma. "Poon," as he is usually called around here, is one of the original employees at WDT.
