Originally from a suburb of Cleveland, OH, Bill earned undergraduate degrees as part of a dual degree program between Baldwin-Wallace College (Berea, OH) and Washington University in St Louis. Bill worked as a research and development electrical engineer for four years before returning to school to study meteorology.
