How often can I change my location and devices?

As often as you want. All changes take affect immediately.

As often as you want. All changes take affect immediately.

Can I have multiple forecast types?

No, you may only choose one forecast type to receive. You may choose to receive the forecast at different times through the day though.

How reliable is the data?

iMapWeather Personal optional alerting service delivers National Weather Service alerts 99.999% of the time, but cannot control problems or message delays caused by your email provider.

Can I get more locations and devices?

At this time, one email address, one phone number and one location is included. Soon we will offer multiple packages where you can upgrade for more devices and locations.

Who do I contact for help?

Click here for the iMapWeather Personal login page and use the "Contact Support" link in the upper right hand corner to contact our support staff for help. This button is also available inside your account in the same location.

How do I cancel my iMapWeather account?

Use the "Contact Support" link on the iMapWeather Personal login page and let them know you would like to close your iMapWeather Personal account. Canceling your iMapWeather Personal account will also stop your iMapWeather Personal alerting service.

How do I cancel the optional iMapWeather alerting service?

Text STOP to 80773. This will only stop the optional alerting service.

Can I signup for only the iMapWeather Personal alerting option and not get the full iMapWeather Personal weather service?

Not at this time. Wew must be able to have you use the map to select your locations and to access the map, you must purchase the full service.

Can I signup for the iMapWeather Personal weather service and not have alerts sent to my cell phone?

Yes, you simply do not enter a cell phone number in the user configuration page after you login. Forecasts will be sent to an e-mail address and the optional alerts can be sent to either an e-mail address or via SMS (text message).
